Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY POLICY

All items are made to order, please allow three weeks to fabricate, mold, finish and ship the product.

All shipments are processed by post and must be signed upon delivery.

Shipping costs are always added to the price of our products.

It usually takes 2 to 30 days depending on the destination.

We are not responsible for any shipping or delivery delay, due to customs clearance or force of nature. The payment of all import duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipients.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not pay for shipping charges, duties, or taxes on any items returned to us.

RETURN POLICY

For all returns and exchanges, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.

Any return is at the risk and expense of the purchaser.

Only possible for unworn jewelry.

The purchased item must be perfectly intact, in its original packaging and show no signs of wear.

You will be fully credited, net of rebates and any reductions and less all shipping charges upon receipt of the returned part.

If no email is sent within 14 days of receipt of the piece, the jewelry cannot be neither exchanged nor returned.

Parts on sale cannot be returned or refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges.

PAYMENT METHOD

All prices mentioned on the website are in euros.

They do not include delivery costs or any other costs (customs tax, foreign VAT, etc.) which are the responsibility of the buyer.

The buyer can pay the order by bank transfer, using an account stripe or paypal, or using VISA or MasterCard via the payment provider Secure online stripe or paypal.

In case of refund, we will credit the credit card used by the buyer when ordering (or any other means agreed between the parties).
