For all returns and exchanges, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. This is done at the buyer’s risk and expense.

Possible only for jewellery not worn. The purchased item must be perfectly intact, in its original packaging and show no signs of wear.

You will be fully credited, after deduction of any promotions or discounts and less all shipping costs, upon receipt of the returned part.

If no email is sent within 14 days of receipt of the coin, the jewel cannot be exchanged or returned.

Since all items are made on order, please allow a three weeks delay (to manufacture, mold, finish and ship items).

All shipments are processed by the Post Office and must be signed upon delivery.
